Armando Montelongo Scam

Is the Armando Montelongo Scam real or not?

This very controversial promoter of investing in real estate and star of a reality TV show is either loved or hated by people. As the star in Flip This House for three seasons, Armando's arrogance, condescending attitudes and rude way of addressing friends, family and employees alienated many people. Although TV viewers witnessed firsthand the transformation of ugly, non-functional homes into gleaming palaces, many people noticed the lack of building permits and licensed workers. To learn if Montelongo's systems for buying, fixing and reselling houses are a scam, continue reading for more in-depth analysis.

Armando Montelongo

Armando was born in 1970 in San Antonio Texas where he still lives and works. When he needed to earn money, Armando started renovating homes learning by trial and error. To help other want-to-be investors, he developed the Flip and Grow Rich program, bus tours and the Flip It Now book.  The Armando Montelongo Scam has not been solved but it does give him some credibility to have produced these educational materials to help others.

Program

The Flip and Grow Rich is a three-day seminar designed to give real estate investors all the tools they need to be successful. Armando freely shares hishouse flipping secrets for success hoping to spare other people the same painful and expensive lessons he learned. Whether a person is just thinking about buying homes and fixing them for resale, has been doing it for a while or is an experienced real estate investor, the individual will gain skills or knowledge. When Armando started, he did not have money or credit.  He teaches attendees how to flip houses without either. People learn how to find and buy the right home, renovate it and sell it at a profit. The successful process Armando used on Flip This House is shown in detail.

Bus Tours

Another valuable tool for real estate investors is the bus tour. Armando or one of his hand-picked, carefully trained instructors take a bus full of future investors around different cities to locate homes. These students get hands-on experience as the group inspects different houses and discusses potentials. Many students find a project and make an offer under the careful guidance of the instructor.  There are few ways to better understand a market than driving around specific neighborhoods.  This gives you a much better feel for an area than you can get in front of a computer with a few pictures.

Books

Armando's latest book Flip It Now is available in two courses. For an investor desiring a quick refresher on how to flip a house, the e-book contains the basics. The complete program has examples, worksheets and detailed step-by-step instructions.

After a careful review, the concept of an Armando Montelongo Scam does not hold up. Armando offers people advice on how to find, renovate and sell houses in his courses, bus tours and books. Much of the criticism he received comes from his personality, which made him a success he charges ahead hard and fast, learning as he goes. By combining his passion for real estate and compassion for people, Armando Montelongo developed a way to help others.
